Do you think they care? According to them you have no right to be buying guns or ammunition

I bet BOF has internal contests to see how long they can delay and frustrate law abiding COE seekers. Possibly even contests or bonuses tied to it? It IS the State of California.

Renewal completed 2-28-2022 with no email sent to me alerting me to this. Logged on today just to check and it says my COE expires in 363 days. I suggest that anyone renewing should start the process 45 days in advance to be on the safe side.

If any 03FFL wants a list of ammo retailers who don't give a flying F*^K about a COE I'd be glad to share it with you.

It's obvious the DOJ is having fun doing this to people.

Someone once told me never to assume malice when the result could be explained by simple incompetence.

                            Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Renewed my COE recently, 27 days from date submitted until email received saying it was approved. A coworker renewed last week an he received his renewal in less than 24 hours. Also submitted my 03 FFL renewal. Check was cashed so I should receive it shortly.
