    COE expireing

My COE is about to expire today. I have sent in all the info, as well as 3 reports as to why the big delay. So far, I'm being stonewalled. Is anyone else seeing the same problem? Been told to expect 4 to 6 weeks delay. Mine is at least month old, and nothing is pending so far. Is anyone awake at DOJ?

Mine expires in November. Maybe I need to send in my renewal now.

      Hahaha... not really. 😞

I sent my renewal last March.
      It expired in April

      Still do not have it.
I have sent emails, registered letters (two) made phone calls.
      Nothing.

After the expiration date cfars no longer will recognize my COE number if I try to sign in yet if I try to do a new application they say I already have an existing number.

      It has become a joke.

Mine just got renewed today after several emails to them on my part. It was to expire tomorrow. The renewal app doesn't have a place for the FFL info. It's to be uploaded under Government doc. Where before the app had a place to enter the FFL number. Have tried emailing them?

Mine took several months and several requests for them to look at it. They finally updated it a week or two after ot expired. DOJ does not care, and they make a point of showing you how they feel about you at every opportunity.

Mine was going to expire early March, so I went on to CFARS 60 days in advance to renew (early Jan). I remembered to attach an image of the DL and include the FFL # as has been cited in a number of threads on the COE renewal topic. On the 18th day after submitting the renewal, I received it. First time in years it's gone that smooth.

Mine took 30 days to renew (had to give updated copy of my real ID DL....my advice is to renew it as soon as the system allows (60 days), and check your email in case they request info (dl or ffl), as they will not finish processing your application without it.

Mined expired last week. Did renewal 6 weeks ago and received email about requirement for copy of ffl. Sent right away. Never got acknowledgement that it was received. Sent copy of ffl again 4 weeks later and again no acknowledgment off receipt. Went into cfars 2 days before expiration and renewal was still marked as incomplete. Submitted again. Didnt't have to pay again or enter any info. Just hit submit. Had approval within a week

Submitted my renewal 1-20-2022 still says it is being processed in the CFARS system. Government efficiency at it's finest. And they want to take over health care for all. NOT!!!!!!

Mine expired today. Submitted my renewal almost a month ago. Sent in my FFL03 info both by email and on CFARS as requested. Still says in process. It's frustrating when the government works against the people.

I keep getting the same message. No replies to issues log or email replies, can't get anyone on the phone either. Pissed off. Keeps telling me that another COE already exists with my ID number and to contact them, but they never respond. I'm about to show up in person at the DOJ in Sacramento and see if I can talk to someone there, but I'm sure they will just tell me to leave.

We are one day apart from submitting the renewal, I submitted on the 19th, my COE is now expired.

Calling is useless as they now have recorded message, and email replies are non-existent.

It's the waiting game as they infringe as long as possible.
