So I got my FFL today! I can't wait to send it out and see what kind of pricing I can get with it!

2 questions. Are they supposed to send a packet with all the do's and don'ts and explaining about what records they expect me to keep?
I keep hearing about dealer pricing on ammo, can anyone recommend a good place to get 223 ammo and/or reloading supplies for 223 with the ffl discount?

Finally recieved my 03FFL after numerous phone calls and emails. I dropped the app in the mail Sept 14 2012 and they took my money Sept 28. Recieved Sat Feb 4. Thanks ATF

Has anyone else noticed that the southern half of the state seems to get theirs processed faster than the northern part ?

I am figuring it is the staffing level between the two areas.

Mailed my papework in the first week of Feb, debit charged a week later and recieved my 03 today march 3rd. Can't believe how fast and easy the process was.

jgianoli, same here, sent it in the beginning of February.

Got my Info packet about 2 months after the FFL 03 License. Several notes that they were out of certain forms and to call and ask for them later. Maybe they ran out of money for printing or are in the middle of modifying their documents.

I checked my mail last night and noticed an envelope from FFLC.

My FFL 03 C&R is in hand. KARMA for posting in CalGuns!!!



The next hard part is deciding on a C&R rifle.

I just got my FFL 03 in the mail today!

I mailed the application 1/10/12 ans received my FFL on 3/8/12.

Now to send it to every place I can think of

Got mine today as well.

Sent away in mail: November 21, 2011 and received it today March 8, 2012. Can't believe it took that long to get it, but alas, I should be happy and now they won't pry it from my tightly bound closed fist.
