Gunner is correct. An 03C&R FFL means very little in CA without a COE.

Having both allows you to skip the 10 day wait on all C&R firearms. It also exempts you from the 1 in 30 rule.

I called ATF and found out why mine hasn't shown up. Even though I reviewed it 3 times, I missed putting in my SSN in question #9. Although I think they could have and should have notified me before now, hopefully being proactive will move it along.
