Only took 20 days for me but from what I have read here and on other forums that is not the norm. Four to six weeks is probably a bit more normal it seems.

for me, it was 23 days from the day I mailed the app for the C&R license to arrive in the mail

I've got them filled out and will mail them on my way to lunch.

I said that on Friday, 5-21-10. My card was charged on Tuesday, the first business day after the Memorial Day weekend. My license arrived Saturday, 6-12-10. Essentially that was 21 days, if you skip the holiday. Not shabby for a government agency.

What is the C&R FEE. The box is blank. What do I put in there.

I got my application in 4 days.
I have it filled out and mailing it Mon. 6/28.

Last C&R license took 8 months 16 days. They must have thought I was Al Capone. LOL

We'll see how long this time.

it depends on what the vendor needs. Some may want to see a DL as well as the FFL, even though there isn't any legal requirement that I know of.

I know that some people photocopy the FFL and DL so it is on one sheet of paper, and then make copies of that. that way, they can just fax one sheet of paper and not worry about it.
