Here's my rendition of the MK12 SPR. Note how the OPS INC collar is so far rearward on the barrel. The shoulder on the DPMS barrel isn't in the correct spot so the 12th model suppressor wouldn't be compatible with this set up (not that it matters here anyway ).

      Dear California,
I love you. I was born and raised in you. You have given me some of the best times of my life. Now with that said, I can not wait to move!
      Your prisoner,

You can always swap out the barrel down the road.

That was always the plan. I'll probably end up going with a WOA or BCM barrel once I learn to shoot.

I have a pretty amazing 16" 1:7 Bead Blast Finished Stainless Barrel from CMMG on one my rifles that I have more than pleased with. May want to chat up Zach over at CMMG and see if their 18" profile barrels would put the collar where you want it to be. The SPRs have 18" barrels. My build is more of a Recon Rifle than an SPR. Of course, no hurry. You rifle looks great like it is. Nobody would notice if you did not tell them. I thought the collar was a gas block when I looked at it, so the rifle looked normal to me.

What make/model scope is that? SuperSniper? Been considering one of those.

Naw, we toss caution to the wind and regularly engage in criminal activity.

Thank you! I guess I'll just tell everyone its a LaRue LT-202 gas block for the time being. It kinda looks like one from a distance lol.

Yeah, its a Super Sniper 10X42M. The only thing I'm not too fond of is its size. I suppose the sunshade doesn't help either.
