I built my rifle exactly the way I wanted it, not following someone else or what trend was in. His weapon is very nice indeed but I wouldn't quite call them twins at all.

thanks, yea, i used a folded up piece of cardboard, rustoleum primer gray, and primer dark gray spray from home depot.

Please elaborate??? That sounds deceptively easy for something that turned out so well. I'm going to attempt a rattle can job when I get my rig finished (yeah, like it will ever be finished), but at least when my scope arrives. I'm just worried it's gonna look like crap.

Yikes....there's a millions of builds out there. Some of them are gonna be similar.

Nice rifle! How do you like the POF Brake? I just installed one on my AR, its loud but does a great job at reducing recoil.

nah man, it is easy... just layer on light passes of spray. be patient and do multiple misted layers of paint. don't stay in one spot too long otherwise you'll get paint runs. practice on something else other than your rifle until you feel comfortable enough to take a spray can to it. worse comes to worse, you can do it over by cleaning it off with brake cleaner anyway. good luck with your build!

I'm actually inspired by YOUR sweet rigs to get back into building AR's. Sold mine awhile back to play with bolt rifles, but I don't miss the AR stuff.

Does a good job keeping the gasses out of my fellow shooters area. Unlike the PWS...its funny you shoot the PWS next to some one and they tend to move real fast.

yes, its a 5.56 single shot ...but its self loading, I load it myself.

I love the Nikon's they are very clear. I had a Leupold x10 in the past but I think the price makes Nikon a better scope. Its a BDC just incase I get better for long range action. But for now I'll stay on the 100 yard line.

So far its my favorite build.


But heres my 11.5/16" CMMG kiss build with pin/welded suppressor, 10/30 and b16 mag lock. After it gets out it might be my new favorite.
