I was gonna ask the same thing... I'm pretty sure it is - looks great! I'm contemplating the same one or MI SS7 - I think the YHM looks way better!

I really love that MSAR, the trigger isn't the greatest but you can improve it with some aftermarket products from what I hear.

I don't mean to be critical, but it there a reason you mounted the mount in the opposite direction? Normally it is mounted with the base only on the receiver, and the angled rings are angled so as to allow you to get whatever eye relief you need.

If there is a reason for it that is cool. I was just curious as to what it was. I am not trying to tell you what to do. I was just curious if there was a new line of thinking out there I hadn't heard before.

I plan on replacing the back-ups to something more befitting to a $2500 rifle and a big-boy optic too, but strangely paying 3 grand for a rifle and accessories, and $1 a round for ammo leaves one of my income bracket with little else to spend on optics. And now my Girl wants a rifle too and I won't get her anything cheap (or DI., she hates sniffin solvent) so it may be some time before I get my 6.8 ACOG but I digress... Oh yeah BTW don't forget to watch the National Geographic show on Barrett this monday night! Snipers Inc. or something like that.

Checkout Cleanzoil. The only stuff I use. Cleans and lubricates and it is not nasty stuff. You can clean your guns inside your home. I swear by that stuff.
