How does your circular fluted barrel acts after a couple mag dumps? My DD lightweight pencil barrel heats up pretty fast, and starts smoking after one 30 round mag drop.
Sighting in yesterday, with 1x optic, AFTER about 20d wolf to sight into get a good zero (nice and hot), fired a 5 round 100 yd sandbagged group... just under 2" So less flex and group shift than I thougt I'd get. Used a good quality Chrome lined barrel to start- makes a diff. I dont make it a point to burn my barrel to failure just for fun on the weekend.

...A year ago I built a 4lb 14 ozAR for a friend with NO plastic. Just auiminum and carbon fiber. Like a ferarri.

Johnny... yer going to luv my sig with the ACE stock. No more wobble- and gets the gun out front where you need it for your Costa grip.

I put it in that mega upper to see how it was...was not quite "right" for me. The Mega mono upper was too heavy also.

Good angle Doc... keep the most important part of that rifle up front and center in the pic.

I got my spectre DR soooo long ago, maybe in 2004(?), the serial number was written in pencil, and there were no logos or markings on it of any kind. Just patent numbers and a Cage code. Now they're all fancy with a logo and round corners.

Was actually trying to get the smoke drifting from the chamber

I saw Doc's gun at the range, that is pure sexy! I think I may do one like that but in a mid-length platform once I secure proper funding
