I ordered my dream gun (wilson x tac), sent it to an ffl that does, sse. Unfortunately they did not tell me they were too busy for me. They told me theres alot of people ahead of me. That it will take 6-8 weeks. Im planning of doing a second sse but they cant even do the one that i have with them. So the second gun that im planning to buy online for sse ( baer utc) is already gone. I wasnt able to buy it because they did not give me any information on my first order. I understand that they dont have enough personel. So i asked them to ship the gun to another ffl.

Now im worried about the shipping cost. Also im worried they might retaliate because i have been bugging them. What do i do if they retaliate? If they give me a hard time? How much is the shipment?

Are you afraid they are going to come kidnap you / your wife? Dont quite understand.

I SSE'ed a few guns, but since it was mostly before the panic, there was basically no difference between the SSE gun and a rostered gun, since the kits just sat unused waiting for SSEs that were sparse. Well, there was the extra SSE fee, but from a customer point of view, pretty much nothing else was different.

But now, scheduling for those kits is at a premium, and time matters.

Because it's a completely stupid process. I'm not knocking it from our side or the gun shops side, but from how ridiculous it is to buy a pistol in this state. It's asinine and expensive and makes no sense whatsoever.

Can't wait to move to AZ. Standard cap mags, no 25 dollar "background"(shakedown) fee, transfer fees are 20 bucks and buy as many rifles/pistols as you can afford then walk out of the store with them the same day. No ridiculous mods, no bull****.

Yeah, he messed up. Right after he apparently ignored the following information when "researching" before he did his SSE:

My brother bought his from TGS and had it SSE'd at 2A Zone successfully. I would call and email Jamie / Sandra and ask if they have enough barrels to accommodate you by the the end of the year.

That's all true, but look how safe California is, compared to Arizona because of the gun laws! There are no roving gangs, no gun crime, no unemployment! Everything is awesome in California, didn't you know? Imagine if we had 11 rounds magazines, or worse, imagine if you didn't pay the $25 DROS.
