Its from the janky mags and follower. Try pushing down on the nose of the follower you have. If its like mine that will collaps with the rear not moving. That causes your jam.

I did try that and did notice the front tilting forward. Would the 9mm3 fix it?

I was getting it with FMJ reloads from Miwall in a Gen2 G19.

If you look at the geometry the 2183 ones will make the rounds nosedive.

Thank you. At this point I'm debating whether I want to go through the hassle of changing out followers or sending it back to glock. Its a new gun for crying out loud

I may sell it and get a beretta 92A1 and call it a day.

Right now I cant recommend a glock to anyone for self defense or duty use unless they can use or have a rebuilt or pre 2000 mag. Im keeping mine for investment purposes.

Yeah but his are doing it with HPs which is a tad more understandable but mine is doing it with factory PMC. No excuse for that in my book

I had the same issue like you did when my Glock 17 gen 3 was new. I was using 115 gr FMJ and had some FTfeed or would not go into battery every so often. My followers are 2183s too. I then switched to 147 gr & 124 gr to break it in. That cured the problem. I can reliably shoot 115 gr without issues now along with JHP on my 2183 followers.

So I went to GunEffects in Industry, held a XDM 9 3.8 and fell in love. I bought it for $708 out the door. Free DROS. I'm done with glocks. Not just because of the issue I had but because other guns fit in my hand way better. My G17 will be for sale if anyone interested PM me.

Edit: I also want to thank everyone who helped me out. Much appreciated
