Well it has been almost 5 months now. Still being delayed. So I went back and got my money back on the lower I bought.

Will the CDOJ still be checking out if I can have a gun? And if someday they say I am OK, will it take longer than 10 days to have them OK it?

DOJ stopped looking at 30 days. You are not still delayed, you are denied or undetermined.
You, you, and you: Panic. The rest of you, come with me.

I would have restarted the DROS, and if not denied pick up the lower on day 30.
