It has two pistol sleeves that have their own slot but are removable. I often slip two pistols in each sleeve, with one being wrapped in a rag. Works fine.

Note that my one complaint with this bag, and it's kinda a big one, is that it isn't possible to lock the bag. I use the cable locks through the mag well.

I mentioned this before, but the reason it seems unlockable is that the two zippers don't meet up. They run parallel to each other and unzip a large flap.

HOWEVER take that cable lock you are running though your mag, and run it though the zipper on one side, through the D-ring of the shoulder strap, through the other zipper and lock it... Voila, locked bag.

If you don't want to do that, you could ... put the whole bag in a lockable plastic tub in your trunk OR just close your trunk if the vehicle is not a minivan/pickup truck ... however, as pointed out above, you need to have it in a locked container when moving from the vehicle.

So YES YOU CAN LOCK IT.

Just checked out the Home Depot bag, it's 39.00. the zipper has a lock feature.
This is it, it could hold a number of the pistol pouches.

Red Rock Paramedic Bag

I use a Red Rock Paramedic Bag for indoor range practice. It's small, but can carry everything I need (eyes, ears, ammo, mags, gun in pistol case locked w/ a small luggage combo lock). I slit a couple of the inside and outside pockets to hold magazines, otherwise some are tight; makes for 6 inside and 6 outside mag pockets. Opens wide and is very durable. Comes in several colors, including camouflage. I purchased at a local military surplus store for about $15. I also have a Midway compact range bag for use during classes where I want to carry more ammo or multiple guns, and I agree with all other comments about it -- good range bag for the money. I also, bought some small zippered tool bags a Lowe's that I put 200+ rounds of ammo in instead of fumbling with boxes during reload, and packs better.
