    Not the best picture, it looks much better in person. But here is the Glock 19 Gen3 I just picked up from jail this week. I also picked up a Glock 19 Gen3 MOS Spare Slide, put Ameriglo GL-249 iron sights on it, a C&H MOS ACRO Adapter Plate, an Aimpoint ACRO P2 red dot sight, and an Inforce WILD1 compact light. I will also probably upgrade to an extended slide stop and extended magazine release.

      Bought a 19 since I can't put wife's 19 on mine. Then a Shadow Systems DR920 for a Match gun. Great ergonomics!
      TURNING and turning in the widening gyre
      The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
      Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
      Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
      The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
      The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
      The best lack all conviction, while the worst
      Are full of passionate intensity.

        May or may not have grabbed a few. In the free states you can simply buy a frame, then build from it. All the LGS said they couldn't just sell you a frame here, or if I found a bunch of frames on gunbroker for example, I couldn't simply import them and buy them. They would have to be complete firearms. Finding a vendor that would let me ship them my slides is probably unlikely.

        As a result, I took advantage of the lack of interest in .40 Glocks. One of the LGS had several of them, still at normal prices (both 22's & 27's). Since I already had several extra 9mm slides I simply swapped them over to 17, 34, 26. Now I have extra .40 slides that I could sell and recoup a good portion of the initial cost if I wanted to or keep them for caliber flexibility with .40 & .357 Sig.
        NO, I'm not interested in your body armor, do not reach out.

          Pretty sure the issue is not the FFL's willingness, but what the state of California will allow them to sell you.

              I have always been pretty happy with the factory Glock trigger. I have 30 years of muscle memory built up. I am hesitant to do anything that might mess with that. The only reason I want to do the extended controls is because I have been running those for about 30 years as well.

                Picked up a brand new G1 from another member back in April. I’m doing good now.

                          I recommend getting a G21 SF , it's much more reliable than the M 1911A1 and accepts any ammo , if I had to choose the 1911 or G21 for home defense / nightstand gun , I would definitely pick the G21 SF

                            I can't find one, at least for a decent price.

                            I missed out when Turners had the G21SF on sale for $499 in a weekly ad back in early September, and it was the same time they first offered the DY9 on the same ad. I thought about buying both at the time, and really wish that I did.

                                Looks like Glock 19's are going for $800 now. The only one I can find anyway.
