    High Power

I have Both 1911's (All Colts) and a Belgian Brownung High Power. It surely is a nice pistol, but does not fit my hand as well as the 1911's. I had to put Pachmayer grips on it to fit me. Otherwise pointed off, slightly to the right.
All told though, I prefer .45 ACP to 9MM.

Very nice, but we can't let the Germans have the last word.

Here's a WWII Inglis (the Canadians are still using these today)

But I like them as a pair even more

Yeah, I might have one...or over a dozen BHPs...I guess they're some kinda alright...

As for the 1911 vs. BHP debate, honestly, it's like having two kids...you love them both. Along with my WWII USGI 1911's, this is my other favorite (one of the more rare 1911's):

                  Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

That is one nice Norwegian. I would love to have one of those and a British .455 Webley Auto.

I have had my HP since the early 90's. I have owned revolvers and modern semi's including a m&p I have to learn all over how to shoot properly. The HP still is by far my favorite. I can take that gun down with my eyes closed, will eat damn near everything you feed it and my 13 y/o son loves to shot it and can properly handle the pistol as well. But the comparison of guns is a lot like comparing muscle cars right
