Ya like I said I dont think its the end of the world but many people are going to go crazy, and thats what im more worried about is defending againsnt the crazies. Then again my 590A1 and .357 should solve most of my problems

I think the fact that there will be a galactic alignment is interesting if anything. Black holes coming in our path, Gama ray bursts vaporizing us, a huge meteor kills us ect ect...there is nothing we can do but kiss our butts good bye anyway so why bother worrying.

The only thing that gets my tin foil hat itching is the thought that this galactic alignment could somehow effect the magnetic poles of our planet and apparently the Earth is over due for another pole shift. This would cause serious natural disasters like earthquakes and tidal waves....which we should prepare for anyway.

Have a plan, know where to get some clean water, know where to get some protein, know how to make fire without matches, know how to build or find shelter and thats pretty much all you can do. Either trust that someone will give you what you need or teach yourself to get what you need on your own.

Take away the electricity tonight with an EMP followed by the stopping of the pumps that provide water a few weeks later and how well will you fair? Are you going to wait for FEMA and the Govnmt to rescue you? Folks who live in Hawaii prepare for hurricanes all the time so they know the deal but folks in the mainland in general are all unprepared and the weak will suffer. Whats the old saying? Luck favors the prepared.

I'm collecting goats and chihuahuas.

With my herd of goats I can roam the land. They will chow on everything from the indigenous weeds to whatever strange exoplasm is deposited by the comet that hits us.

The chihuahuas will feast upon the hordes of radioactive rats that are sure to be plaguing the countryside.

Now I just need something to combat the giant cock-a-roaches. I'm thinking about a breeding program for giant tarantulas. Not sure my gf will go for that one though.
