2012 worries?

So yet again all this apocolyptic type talk has got me thinkin about events more current. For example this whole end of the world in 2012. Some people say its going to be a massive war, others say natural disasters etc. but either way in my opinion you are going to have some people going crazy around that time, so I am going to prepare in a sense, i am going to buy a butt load of ammo and some basic supplies in case people do start looting or causing other kinds of trouble. Personally I dont think it is the end of the world but like for the y2k scare people freaked out, so the only thing im preparing for are those crazy people...What are you doing to prepare if anything? any1 planning on buyin any new guns for the occassion? Or just stockin up?

I don't believe in this prophecy crap but just like Y2K, weak minded people get crazy and start killing dozens of people and then commit suicide. I DON't wanna be among those unfortunate to be unarmed in a crazy guys shooting spree.

Incidents like these happened all over the country and the world back when Y2K was the trend.

No need to worry if you are prepared. I am prepared as well as a select few people who I have told where to meet and when. It is all about planning for the worst. Though on a day to day basis the most pressing issue for me is whether or not my reps will get us to quota.

i have a dilemma, I want to sell my jeep, but what if 2012 comes around and everything is FUBAR on the streets, i can still get somewhere in my jeep.

the sun activity is what has me worried,

I am already prepping for what I feel to be far more realistic/dangerous events. So no, I will not be doing anything special for 2012.
