    Wow thanks guys im really leaning towards the sig p239 or kahr t9 but i like the sig da/sa. Anybody own these pistols that may have some input?

        The P229 is double stack. Consider the P228, "balance" is much better than the P229.

              Yeah a freind of mine said if you are gonna buy a smith and wesson make sure it a revolver. Back to sig I think Im gonna go rent one and try it. If i like it enough I might just trade in one of my glocks.

                      Sig P239 or steel Kahr

                      I would put the Sig P239 as first choice for a single stack non polymer 9mm. It is a very reliable and accurate gun. The Kahr steel 9mm's, either model K9 or MK9 would be my second choice.

                        Kahr makes very good quality steel handguns in the K series. I would recommend the Kahr K9. I have had a K40 for years and it has been a great gun without any problems.
