Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

I wonder if issuing agencies will allow for Single-shot/Single-action guns to be on CCW permits if converted to semi-auto configuration?

FA is good to support. Fact- If the item is not CA legal and needs warranty work, SIG will not warranty it. That was their stance awhile ago. Not sure if they have changed their tune.Comment

Not everyone on here is making moneybags salary. I'm glad FA is bringing this market. And i do hope the pricing will lower as the market is filled with supply. At 950 + tax and dros the final price is in the 1060 range. Im sure some here balk at that as pocket change but for me that is half my yearly budget for gun stuff. So yeah ill comment on the high price cause I'm bummed I cant get one.
And I never said FA should price it lower. Only stated that I will have to wait to buy once it is cheaper.Originally posted by leelawBecause -ohmigosh- they can add their opinions, too?Originally posted by SoCalSig1911Preppers canceled my order this afternoon because I called them a disgrace... Not ordering from those clowns again.Originally posted by PrepperGunShopTruthfully, we cancelled your order because of your lack of civility and your threats ... What is a problem is when you threaten my customer service team and make demands instead of being civil. Plain and simple just don't be an a**hole (where you told us to shove it).Comment

I don't hate SIG's, they just seem to not like me as I don't shoot them well. We can put that on me. I also would purchase solely for support and with curiosity and interest in the modularity.I hate Sigs but I'd consider buying one just to support Franklin. They have had our back for us here behind enemy lines ever since they have been around. While I dislike Sigs a lot, gotta go with what's popular and Lord knows Sigs are popular. Thank you for options Franklin and for being clever enough to outsmart the tyrant dickheads who try to oppress our freedom. Big fan!
Availability will be critical. I hope they have properly projected interest and matched production. Otherwise I will spend $ on what is available.
Conceptually I am impressed and hope production meets demand, and that demand/sales are enough to make an impact.
The effort is appreciated regardless.I don't know how political I am, I don't get into all that crap....I just love freedom...

Super easy to swap out the safety and make it a non thumb safety version. It's 2 parts, a a pin and a bar, cost you like $50. I prefer a thumb safety though.
Also, super easy to convert a non MS grip to a MS grip - there's a jig you can buy on ebay for like $5, just dremel out the slot. Or if you;ve got a 3d printer, print your own jig.
So there's options.Comment

The last few days have been busy getting ready for SHOT. We have noticed overwhelming interest since the state placed the CA320 on the roster. I am confident we can meet demand because we have the qualified resources to scale production up damatically. It is also my belief that Sig Sauer is very interested in fulfilling demand.
We will have 2 short term bottlenecks. Plastic has been ordered for molding in high volume. We did not invest in ready stock until we were sure it was on the roster. It is now on the way. Fixturing for mass production lasering and assembly will be worked on next week. It should be done by the time I get back from SHOT Show.
Rest assured that Franklin Armory will cover all warranty issues on this firearm.
Lastly, thank you all for looking at this project. This idea started many years ago when the P250 first came out. Due to changing laws and regulations, this project became a front burner item about 2 years ago. Now we are finally here!sigpic

Not to derail the thread, bur a direct question was asked about Title 1. The status is that there are 2 cases. Franklin's and Franklin's customers. The corporate case is moving forward. I would say we won on phase 1 of the corporate case because the state had to fix their computer system. We are now heading towards depositions on phase 2 this summer. Phase 2 is for damages.
When that is complete, the consumer case will be able to move forward expeditiously and at less cost. If anyone has more questions, we should take it off-line or another thread. Thanks.sigpic
