We will have 2 short term bottlenecks. Plastic has been ordered for molding in high volume. We did not invest in ready stock until we were sure it was on the roster. It is now on the way. Fixturing for mass production lasering and assembly will be worked on next week. It should be done by the time I get back from SHOT Show.

Rest assured that Franklin Armory will cover all warranty issues on this firearm.

Lastly, thank you all for looking at this project. This idea started many years ago when the P250 first came out. Due to changing laws and regulations, this project became a front burner item about 2 years ago. Now we are finally here!
Thanks for those updates. I had no idea you were thinking about this back when the 250 came out. I know we exchanged some words when Sig came out with the CW FCU. Thank you for all you do to help us get some hard to get items.

I already own a Sig P320, but I can't wait to get an FA CA320.
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

So yeah ill comment on the high price cause I'm bummed I cant get one.

And I never said FA should price it lower. Only stated that I will have to wait to buy once it is cheaper.
I’m not sure this will affect the CA price of off-roster, the CA7 didn’t seem to lower the AR pistol market. Maybe this will be less debatable on the legality of making it semi? I might just go ahead and get one of these if Ventura SO will allow it on the CCW.

And would be able to get my hands on one before March/April when I renew haha

The legality of making them semi-auto is ambiguous. However, if an issuing agency would allow a single action registered firearm to be added to a ccw permit if converted to semi-auto is not permissible. Spend the extra $ and purchase a legit Sig 320.

There are things that can be done to have it listed as a semi-auto with the state.

You are correct on each IA having their own rules. San Bernardino says they have to match manufacture, model, serial # and caliber. I currently have a P320 listed on my permit. Bought it as a compact and carry it as a sub-compact right now. No issue because the manufacture, model, serial # and caliber all match what's in the state database.

It only takes a couple PPT's to get it properly into your name as a semi-auto in AFS and that should cover all IA's regardless of what configuration it was first DROSed.

The handgun market is much larger than the AR market. I can't tell you how many people I introduced to guns want a Gen 5 Glock or P320 only to find out they cannot buy one new. Then they balk at marketplace prices. Initially, not much will change unless supply on CA320 becomes abundant. When you are able to walk into an LGS and walk out 10 days later with a CA320, only then will you see marketplace pricing come down.

Well, according to FA. That should be about March or April. It's been reported that at least one dealer is taking pre-orders for them.

                    Question.

Top pic shows straight trigger-2nd pic down shows curved.

Which trigger does it come with?

                    I'm hoping straight!

I did but in my excitement I guess I missed that part.

Production models will have straight trigger.

                        Thanks!

Doesn't matter it takes 3 minutes to change it out any way and triggers are cheap
