Is it for carry? HD/SD? Range toy?

I have smaller hands as well. Here are some options. I have all of these and love them.

      Full size guns:
      - 1911 9mm with slim grips
      - Sig 239 (not quite full size, but metal frame)
      - CZ 75 or P-01 with thin grips
      - Beretta 92fs with slim grips and short reach trigger

      CCW:
      - Kahr CW9 or K9
      - S&W Shield
      - Springfield EMP
      - H&K P2000 (double stack, but fairly slim considering)
      - possibly Sig 238 (.380 ACP)

All the on roster single stack guns I could think of have already been listed.

I do however have a Tanfoglio designed copy of the CZ with a poly frame. It is incredibly small for a double stacked gun.

There is a similar gun that is on the roster. It's the Armscor MAPP1 FS. This gun is actually made by Tanfoglio and sent to the Philippines for assembly by Armscor.

If you're near Ontario and want to meet up at Rancho Magnum Range sometime I'll be happy to let you shoot it.

          Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

If you want a full size (or close) gun, you might consider a Walther P38/P1 or a Sig P225 (used in either case).

The M&P Shield gets my vote for single stack 9mm.

But don't be afraid to check out the Springfield XD. My wife wears extra small gloves and her primary gun is a subcompact XD 9.

1911 in 9mm, especially with g10 grips. Stock grips are already thin, but there are some very thin g10 grips available.

Ldarshay covered all the bases already.
I got a small hand also, if to pick just one then I will pick Dodgers , opps , I meant Kark either CW9 or K9 will work.

Added a couple more double stacks that you can get thinner with grips and short reach triggers

I had bad luck w/ Kahr 380, didn't own it but shot 1 mag with it had 3 failures. Owner said it was still breaking in. LOL

It was possibly the most expensive POS gun I've ever fired.

The new released P225 A1 is listed now, but of course off roster. An old original P225 would be awesome and and easier to get via PPT.

What usage is intended? Are you "into" guns and want to go target or range shooting.... or just want ONE for protection?

IF it's just ONE for protection...and you truly want small....get a Shield, a Kahr, or a Ruger. Eff the 1911, the Sig, and the CZ....you're just paying more for something you're not asking for.

Browning hi power or cz 75sa. Both are double stack but fits the hand nicely.
