You and me. I know what you are talking about. That is the only ad I could remember to quote.

Sorry being off topic but what kind of grip stickers are those? Are they rubberized or like sandpaper?

The entire attraction of the Glock for me is they are more or less disposable, I dont care if it gets scratched, falls off a cliff, or has to go into evidence for years. I would literally shed a tear, maybe two, if my HK p30 or Steyr L9A1, was damaged or had to go into an evidence locker, but for $450-500 bucks I can walk out the door of my local (CO) gun shop with a nice fresh G17.

They're textured rubber Tractiongrips, but unfortunately no longer available. I picked up a few sets before they switched to the current glock-style
which covers the finger-grooves as well. Both styles work well.

                      Glock... the Seiko of handguns.

Glad to get your attention. I definitely would count on my G22 anytime when SHTF. It is definitely supply and demand and CA. Great comments, especially the one about the "Barricuda", Yes, I'd pay more than 2500.00 and a nice Totyota 4x4 with over 200,000 miles; worth every penny. I've got over 10,000 rds through my G22 and it still goes "BANG".

However, are Glocks really worth a little more than 550 or 650? Would you want to pay above sticker price for a new car? Hey, everyone. Love your glock, whether you paid 400 or 1000.00.
No, I don't think Glocks are worth more than $600. No more than $500. It's crazy seeing $2000+ Glocks.
