I also am still waiting for my permit. I received my "approved for training" on 12/18 and submitted my training completion certificate on 12/22. It's going to be a even longer process I think for me because "next" Saturday I pick up my new Glock 43x (my Glock 19 is just a tad too large) so I will need to have that added so I imagine that will be another waiting game to get that new permit.

Oh ok good to go. There are some rumors that our permits should be ready by next week so if that holds out to be true I'd receive my permit literally days before I pick up my new Glock lol. All well....in either case I'm not worried about it.Semper Fidelis

No. I'm still await mine as well. Fortunately it kinda works in my favor since I pick up my new gun this week and am getting my training/certificate to add it on Friday...so hopefully I have time to add it to the CCW before picking up the permit.Semper Fidelis

Hahahaaaa 4 months, be thankful that’s all it is. It was taking close to a year from start to finish originally. They have cut the times way way down.
And it can take up to six weeks for renewalsLast edited by 97F1504RAD; 01-30-2020, 10:03 AM.Comment

Yeah I'm still waiting on mine also but I'm not even remotely disappointed. I've know so many people who didn't even get their approvals to train until after the six-month mark...so we are already better than the average. It's just best NOT to compare your process with someone else's because we dont know everyone's individual circumstances which may have contributed to he/her getting their permit faster.Semper Fidelis

It appeared that way when a bunch of us received the proceed to training on 18 December.
Now we are all in the same holding pattern. Has anyone contacted Deputy Pinder for a status?Air Force Security Policeman 1984 - 1987
