Yeah. Like 46,000. Because the conditionsare bad due to overcrowding. Uh... aren't they being punished? I wasn't aware punishment was supposed to be pleasurable. Meanwhile OUR civil rights aren't held in such a high regard. Why do we even both abiding by the law?
Just this weekend, some scumbag from my work was driving around town, firing a stolen handgun into the air. Got caught in the act by police, and was released on OR this morning. He's only being charged with a couple misdemeanors. REALLY??!!

Don't get me started.... I've watched a lot of people in court get their fel. charges drop down to misd because it would have been the 3rd strike. You would have thought the justice dept was on drugs. The state is broke but they still have money to buy prime time spot on TV to say the cops are cracking down on seatbelts. Oh the government is cutting this program and that program but still has BILLIONS of DOLLARS to give to foreign aid. What was the cost of 42 missiles we lunched against Libya, they arn't taking about that. When will the bull***** STOP.... Sorry I got started.Comment
