Appreciate that but as i mentioned i don't have access to a computer for a few more hours still and that link won't work on my phone for some reason, plus if there was something i was missing i would not have had time to sort it out by time i got home. I wish i could have been more well informed as i usually am but i attempted to make the best out of the situation im in and asking in this thread was the best option at the time, sorry if me asking here offended you you have the right to not answer if it annoys you to do so.....Again though i appreciate your response i now have everything sorted out for tomorrow.

Yes, but you need to articulate it using a sentence.
They no longer accept a two word good cause.

AFAIK... this was changed by Sheriff Hoops, who took over after Sheriff Penrod retired.

When was your interview? Renewals this year have been told to flesh it out to a paragraph.
SD is still acceptable, but something about living in a rough neighborhood or similar helps.
They will apparently work with you on this, their attitude has not changed, but it seems that they want more solid documentation in the files.
