Yup, my brother got the call the day before me and his date is 3/18. One day equals 1 month later.

Do you know how many people are at each class? I had heard 80 if they are running all four weekends they called 320 people the same day they called my brother.

I had also heard of as many as 80 at Devore, but it's not 80 and one officer... they DO have help on the range.

AVGC is limited to 21 or 22 by both the classroom and the width of the range, and even then, the instructor has at least 5 volunteers from the club assisting.

Lol....although I have a bunch of Grunt Gear and other 2A shirts I dont want to be "that guy" in front of the LEO's so I will be wearing an Iron Maiden shirt. My standard street garb. See you there!

That's why I'm wearing my avatar T-shirt. I've been around this forum for awhile and I bet most people have seen it at least once. It should make it easy for other CGer's to spot me.

Hey Grouch, I was away a couple days but yeah Carrie got called Tuesday and she'll be with you guys on 3/18 in Devore.

A buddy of mine interviewed in November, He just got called yesterday... he's 3/25 in Devore. Obviously they are starting to get a handle on things.

Crazy, I interviewed in August, got called 2 days ago and was given 4/15 for the range date.

Your buddy interviewed in November, got called yesterday and was given 3/25 for the range date.

It might just be me but I don't call that getting a hand on things.

From your perspective I would certainly agree. But by and large it looks like things are speeding up a little bit. I can certainly sympathize with you, but maybe there was some stupid hitch in your BG check... another person with the same or similar name and DOB perhaps?

There used to be (maybe there still is) another guy with my first and last name (different middle) and we were born one year and one day apart. My name isn't too common and there was twice in my youth I almost went to jail on his warrants! In all fairness I was pretty irresponsible back then and he may have been jailed on one of mine.
