I just completed uploading my range card and certificate this morning (renewal). Now the wait begins.........

It's been over a month, status bar still showing;

assigning to processor shortly...

Should I be concerned? I think that during the time I originally applied, there where a lot of us getting our CCW's. So, there's a lot of us up for renewal at the same time. Maybe that has something to do wit it. Not panicking yet, I have until the 1st of July.

I uploaded my range card and cert on 4/18/2025 it took about two weeks to get my new card. It is possible your file is not being processed as fast because you still have a month on your current card. Renewals for the next few months will be a larger group (and every two years) since most of us where caught in the database hack mess.

I am hoping they have a method of sorting by expiration date, so you get your new one before your old one expires. Not just a stack of renewals that they work their way through by date received.

The website says: These will be processed in the order they were submitted.

No, I go to Apply Valley. Looks like I uploaded my range card and cert about the same time you did, but mine is still stuck in "waiting on processor to be assigned". I will give it a bit before I start bugging them.

AVGC is too far with that dang pass traffic! Give it another week or two than send a nice note to the 'staff'. Good luck.

I come from the north, so I go to AVGC (50+ miles one way) for the same reason, to avoid that danged pass. Thanks!

Just got an email, phone call and text saying my renewal has been approved. They said I should receive it in the mail. Hopefully just a few days. I think I'll get my renewal before I expire. That will be a first.

How long was your wait for approval after up loading your range card/certificate? I uploaded my card/cert on April 19th. Still awaiting for a processor to be assigned. Never mind I just remembered your other post that you probably sent in your card/cert around the 1st of May or there about.

Still time to get it. Once mine went from the middle bar to the last bar it was a matter of days till it was mailed. Good luck.

They are issuing the credit card style card again.

permit finally showed up in the mail. New issue date. I assume that's the day they cut the card. Worked out pretty well. I was one day from expiration.
