I handed the fingerprint cards to the tech, she put them into the Livescan machine and printed my prints onto them same as if you were to print at home. The Livescan machine was basically used as a copier.
This was not the same Livescan I used for the SBSD CCW... this one did not transmit anywhere.
I think it was $15 per card... might have been cheaper for those after the first.
She then applied her stamp to the back of the Florida cards.- Rich

At your interview you only pay 20% of the fingerprint & background fee.
It says it's due when you pickup your permit. $ 122.40Comment
