It was my understanding that those signs carry no force of law and that you can only be charged with trespassing IF the store employees spotted the gun and asked you to leave, and you refused to leave.
That's what he told me. He said the sign was giving you notice and violating their request is considered trespassing. If/when I pass background I'll double check during the class.

They will not release those documents to you without a court order. I had my interview yesterday, it was originally last Wednesday but they asked me to get the police report but i was unable. They have you whole record in front of them anyway.

So how does that work? They want you to bring the report but you can't obtain it? So they know you can't bring what they request?

          Im confused

            This.

It's called being courteous and a good citizen.
Likewise for a private residence. My wife has a couple of friends whom I know would not want a gun in their home, so on the rare occasions that I visit, I won't be carrying.

You can try to get them, fontana police department wouldn't release them. He said try to get them it would help make the process easier. When I went for my second appointment he told detective Logan they where going to have to go get them themselves. I wouldn't worry about them If you don't have them. They are going to have your whole arrest history and driving record history.

I had to wait like thirty minutes. My appointment was at eight, and left about nine thirty.

Hopefully you don't have to do it again! There was a mistake on my livescan and had to do it twice!

                              Yep.

They averaged 350 per year until '13 (last year with numbers published by DOJ).
They claimed 4000 last October, which means that for '14 and '15 they doubled that to 700-750 per year.

75 applications/week? If all approved, that will be almost 4,000 just this year. Even if they get a bunch of boneheads and have to deny half of them, 2,000 new permits is impressive.

Det. Logan on Wednesday said they're doing about 60 interviews a week when I asked her.
