So it appears livescans are coming back pretty quick. Did mine on 6/28 so another week or two (hopefully).

Help! I just printed out the applications, 27 pages! the Packet is Asking lots of questions.. How far back are they checking background because honestly, i 'm so old I can't remember every little detail of my life.. it's a blur!! Of course, I've never done anything super bad, no drugs, no prison etc. but damn.. it's still a lot of info and I don't want to miss something super obvious... Yes, I got into a little trouble when i was 16 but that was long long ago and those records are sealed!!! please advise..

How far back? ALL THE WAY BACK. As far as you can remember. They know you might forget some little details, but it is way better to provide too much info than not enough.

As for the person asking about off-roster guns, you can put whatever gun you want on your permit. Off-roster has NOTHING to do with it, I have several off-roster guns on my permit.

I am sure these have been answered already but

1.Does anyone happen to know the hours of operation at the CCW office?

                        2.Where should I park?

                            1...I'll assume 8-5

2...I parked at the Building Dept lot across the street. They have an open lot that is free or park in the structure. Max cost should be no more than a couple bucks

Last I read here was no Serpas were allowed.

I have my interview date set for Oct 31, and I was wondering if anyone has some advice for a GC statement. As I don't deal with large quantities of cash or own a small business, I am interested in any advice I can get. I've heard a lot of conflicting data and I was hoping there was someone who has gone through the process relatively recently to cut through the fog.

                                Thanks in advance!
