    EliteCCW in fountain valley has online and counts towards AZ. Did my training there.

    Recently did my renewal with Artemis Defense Institute and it was online.

    They'll do multi-state as well.

    Highly recommended.

    Not sure about online but TRB and California Gun Permit (Ben) offer the AZ stuff along with your CA course.

    (Utility bill, Lease/Rental Agreement, Telephone Bill, Tax Bill, etc.)
    Vehicle registration will well serve the proof of residence under the vague etc

    You can use your cell phone bill, given the address matches what will be on your ccw.
