For now I ordered from Amazon couple of FD-258 cards for prints for AZ/UT

When AZ sends you the finger print cards (which they do for free with the application package) they are pre printed with their ORI # and info. If you need to know what to fill in, let me know and I can pull the copies of my AZ cards out.

I have my interview this coming Thursday...I spoke to my H.R. in regards to my performance review due to yellow GC...they were more than willing to give my performance review (it was a good review...thank goodness)...but didn't want to do an employee verification letter ...per email..due to liability risk..so..if they want that..I'll tell them ...they can't do it due to company policy..I tried..wish me luck!!..amen

CCW Timeline, interview and all my stuff

Hey everyone. New to Calguns and the CCW Forum. Checking in.

They cards are self-explanatory. I just emailed AZ DPS to check if I have to use their cards. UT DPS is saying that I can use blanks and they'll fill in their ORI when they get them

Just talked to the LT who's phone was on the letter, trying to find out what was wrong with my GC. She was saying that denial was because as FFL I haven't shown that I bought and sold guns, even though I pointed out that it's the 03 (collector), not dealer. Also she said that I could re-apply after a year passes, unless something very drastic changes, like I open a completely new business or some other kind of GC comes up. She didn't even want to hear much about my IT freelancing, just said that I must have a business license, all the while, my tax guy is telling me a direct opposite.

Not really, just said that unless something extraordinary (my words of her explanation) happens, you must wait a year to reapply.

I am starting to think that with the LT change in Sept, they are starting to turn back to their usual policies, since she made NO effort to offer any assistance to try and fix the concerns that they have with my GC
