Honestly there is nothing to even worry about during the pickup process. Let the security guard know that you are coming in for picking up your CCW. He will let you know where to park. Check into the front desk and let them know again. They will tell you to go sit down and wait. There may be a few other people. LASTLY, the deputy will call everyone individually by their name and take you to a room. They will confirm some information, ask for your ID, ask for the payment, take a photo of you, and hand you your CCW.

That's about as close as it gets lol.

I just got the email to proceed with training. I have a question. i already did my shooting firearm's training back 2 months ago. I'm going to send my certs over now , how long after do you get a response back and will it be by phone or email? thank you in advance.

That's strictly a Calguns ratings thing...you don't have to worry about that for your CCW..

"Self-defense/routine daily risks" = Dark Green
"Recreational risks" = Light Green
"Employment-related risks" = Yellow
"Business owner" = Light Red
"Specific & verifiable threats against your life" = Dark Red

^That is a general lowdown. If I remember correctly, your good cause was employment related, right?

Firing Line in Burbank is held almost everyday with no appointment. It is walk in.

$75??? Firing Line in Burbank charges $20 for additional guns and it can be added on a later date. Call Firing Line and see if they can add it without going through the 8 hour class because you've already done it.

Yeah bro tell me about it and you have to book 2 weeks in advance!! Listen Josh is great from VIPccw but Burbank was just an amazing experience! Burbank highly recommended!! Thanks to all !
