To the best of my knowledge after several extensive wastes of time "searching" this thread.
The one member who used, "IT repair guys?" as GC. Was member, "LrdVaderZ", and he was DENIED by LASD.

My GC was originally recreational. Then after my interview I added work to my GC. I work in IT for a major medical device company. The fact that I am on call and have sensitive PHI data and proprietary company data on the laptop I carry was the focus of my GC.

Received the call last Friday for a scheduled interview on Feb. 3 in Monterey Park. A buddy of mine also got his call last week (also an early June applicant). He was asked about the % of approval rate and GMC criteria, specifically if lack of negative incidents on the record was sufficient for GMC.
He said about half the applications are approved. He did not really illuminate GMC at all other than to say that it was important and that you could not have a criminal record. For most of the rest of his answer he discussed GC rather than GMC and said the same things he has said before. He finally did admit that applications are taking as long as 8 months for approval. That was far more accurate than some answers he has given in the past on that subject.
