6/22 - i emailed ccw unit asking if they would like any additional documentation
6/23 - received response: "your file is still being reviewed"
9/21 - permit received -
Getting close to 60 days since I turned my app in person at Temple station 1st week of June. I expect a call from a detective in the ccw unit 1st to 2nd week of Aug possibly from a 323 area code. What has your caller ID say when you guys got your call?

You are welcome, Hopefull, and thanks for the shout out. As I've posted before, I'm just covering a few So. Cal. counties, trying to pass on the help and encouragement I got from Paladin when I first started about 4 years ago. I got my livescan immediately as well and i have since passed it. I was just surprised that a deputy told them to do the training as well. I am still waiting on my training email. I decided to just wait vs. completing it prior.04.05.21 Mailed Check. Yellow GC

7/03: Training completed preemptively - emailed CCW unit on 7/04 and received confirmation on 7/5 that docs were received
9/13: Received call from CCW unit to resend training documents for review for final approval
