YouTube appends a tracking component to URLs now. You and everyone else definitely should get in the habit of removing them before sharing links.

Whenever a user clicks "Share" on the YouTube website or taps "Share" in the app, Google now appends a tracking identifier to the end.

Everyone should manually remove the "si=" and succeeding characters to protect their privacy.

The forum ran amazingly for most of today but has started hitching again.

The site sometimes works as it should, moving crisply.

However, much of the time it's still the same old problems, most noticeable of which, for me, are...

• Pages take up to 30 seconds to "do something," where they sometimes work, sometimes I get a "Reload" button, and sometimes a time out/site can't be reached message that forces me to back up and reload whatever I had in the text entry box, then do it all again.
• New posts show on the Index pages, but when you get to the thread page, the new posts are nowhere to be found and Refreshing the page doesn't bring them up. It can take hours before the new posts actually appear.
