FFL03: 2 months and counting

Should I be worried? I submitted my COE a week after sending in the FFL03 app, and I got that COE last week. Are the feds that backed up?

I applied for an 01 FFL.

I got my COE back approximately one month after I submitted it. I'm still waiting approval on the FFL itself (around two months waiting now), I did however get charged $200 on my credit card from the ATF a few days ago.

They sure are quick to process payment. I wrote the check for my 03 and mailed it on 6/8 and it was processed on 6/14

I did mine same time last year and it took 72 days mailbox to mailbox.

Got my 03 within the last month. Took 27 days total. I've lived at the same address for more than five years, and never had any legal issues. And I don't know if that makes any difference in processing time.

This thread is asking the same question -- looks like some take longer than others.

Will be 60 days on the 29th for my 01. They did however charge me the day the packet arrived. No calls, no letters....

Got the COE in 2 weeks. County approval. No worried, just anxious to get on with it.

I sent my 03 renewal in late April. Got it sent back to me in May, because I missed something on the form. The original application was easier to fill out for me than the renewal. Been waiting since. I have to order a few Mosin's tomorrow since my license expires on Monday.

mailed my form and $30 may 27. june 4th they cashed the check. i got my C&R 03 FFL today june 30,2012 33 days from mailing it out. wooohooo phone number to check on status is !-866-662-2750 ATF hot line.

They cashed my check on 5/16. I had checked the box that asked if I wanted an extension (or something like it) until I receive my new license. Still don't have any news.
This waiting sucks!
