I just got off the phone with DOJ. I need now to reapply for my COE because I am outside the 90 day window. They told me that they are NOT sending renewal notices to anyone any more.

They stopped sending out renewals awhile ago.

The web says my password is expired and need to reset it by clinking "forgot password" I did so and answered some questions.

But, the password resetting link never gets emailed to me.

Am I the only having this problem?

Any one with solution?

I had no issue resetting my password for CFARS. I am still waiting for the COE to be approved. I reapplied at the end of March.

This is more like problem I am having recently and currently.

Last year I was required to upload my passport, I'm guessing because my license has the "Federal Limits Apply".

Has anyone with such a license renewed this year or know if the COE renewal requires supporting documents?

Previous COE renewals did not require an ID, I just paid my $22 and waited.
