There's one nearby. I'll try and ask. If it meets both Federal and State I should be good to go by just showing them that Fishing license alone correct? I wouldn't need any other documents?

We have a customer like this too. No street addresses - on anything. We keep a letter from his postmaster on file that links his PO Box to his property description.

Everywhere I have lived did not get mail delivery to residence so have dealt with this forever. I've learned to load for bear. Secure and carry every form of proof you can as there is no " one document satisfies all " in this situation because as pointed out above some DOJ reps / auditors have spread FUD. My local GS was told he could no longer accept prop tax statement, was told " it could be a rental", for him him he was told to use a DMV driving record print-out from DMV, not the kiosk print out. When DMV prints your record out it will show all info about you including your physical address, but is only good for 30 days. I went to AAA to change registration and was told they can't go that deep into DMV system.
So I carry everything, utility bills, prop tax statement, copy of income tax page for state and fed and many other docs.
Crazy thing is, what has been denied at "real" gun shops has flown thru with ease at Turners.
It took 9 years to get a PO box in same town as residence and was told by DMV that both physical and PO addresses would show on registrations so issue cured...... yeah right 3 years running my reg still only comes thru with PO on it, so I have resolved to every year I go to DMV and pay my reg in person and walk out with their printed reg which includes all info.
As I'm typing this my blood pressure is going sky high......it's time to call little bro in Montana and have him remind me how it is in FREE AMERICA.

Stick with your plan to get the 03 FFL + COE. You have other benefits there, like getting ammo shipped directly to your house.
