I'm sorry my fault. There are 4 pictures showing up in the OP but the top 2 were the ones I was thinking of. Love the outdoors! The cat is cool and having a AR in the front center console is even cooler but being in the outdoors not worried about a thing takes the cake.^^^The above is just an opinion.

"...which from their verbosity, their endless tautologies, their involutions of case within case, and parenthesis within parenthesis, and their multiplied efforts at certainty by saids and aforesaids, by ors and by ands, to make them more plain, do really render them more perplexed and incomprehensible, not only to common readers, but to lawyers themselves. Great review! My wife and I just made our first step out of the PRK by buying a condo in Bullhead City. It definitely won't be our last stop as we will be looking for a more rural place in the Williams/Prescott/Flagstaff area once the kids move out of my California house."You fickers are all cray cray in my opinion. My buddy and his wife moved to Prescott Valley- east of you- 3 yrs ago and never looked back. Soon other family members (parents) moved there as well. He built a cool man-town between the house and barn w/workshop, lift, welding, room, walk-in vault cause (ya know)- he can.If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you thereComment

You have Gunsite close by for classes, and the Mexican restaurant next to Tombstone has a great Taco Tuesday. I usually buy gasoline at the corner supermarket (Vons) and like the lower price compared to this state of Gavin's Anus. Nice that you can walk into places like J&G, Pro Force, etc., and walk out a short time later with just about any firearm you want.
Looking at properties near there myself, but a but closer to Pauldin.Last edited by splithoof; 12-04-2019, 3:02 PM.Comment

I really like the area around there but they have a huge water problem. I've thought about buying there and I still do. I'm afraid that anything I buy will crash in value. I'm not worried about myself as much as I am my kids. I'd like to leave them something of value. It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

Thanks for the great write up. We looked at Chino Valley too. Great area but we wanted more water and good grass for the cows and horses. We’re just tired of the desert. We picked a small town about 90 miles south west of Ft Worth TX. Love your pics and agree with your view on the “stay and fight” position. At the end of the day it was about giving my kids a better chance at success in what’s left of free America NOW.Comment

Came for the free America and stayed for the kitties. Congrats on your escape! Reading these posts always makes me go over my escape plans with excitement. 16 years and counting, or shorter if life allows me to swing it!Comment

Glad to hear you're settling into your new home. I agree about the stay and fight crowd. We're currently trying to line things up to move before our daughter enters schooling age.Comment
