OP, Where is the picture with the water tower and tanks taken? Is that the Camp Wood area?

BTW, One garage sale had a Barrett BMG for sale. Out of my price range, but it was great to see it there.

I've yet to see a water study done saying we have a water problem. The water reports I've read say, we are good to go. Lots of people say the water problem is more a political argument that locals started....maybe to keep people out.

This is out by the Buddhist temple in the hills. I've been exploring this area mostly and haven't even done much driving on the Prescott side of the National Forest yet.

Let's do it! I've been keeping an eye out in the Prescott thread for the next meet My son has been fully bitten by the gun bug since moving out here. He's picked up a handgun and is building his AR right now. We go shooting almost once a week out in forest land.

                    Correct

Couple of weeks ago I went in for some cigars and almost left with a double stack 9mm 1911.

Still kind of regret not getting it.

Thanks! I haven't explored out there yet as I've been checking out the west and south areas. I want to take the road to Perkinsville from CV and then go over to Jerome so getting out there is in the future.

Did that drive a few weekends ago with my son. It was awesome. Just make sure the weather is OK. I would not do it with any mud on the trail (from rain or snow melt). Big drop offs on the side of the trail.

Great views though and good areas to go shoot.

I moved to Texas about 18 months ago. CCW in hand within 3 weeks. Wasn't it nice to buy some things that you had only seen in magazines for the last 10 or so years?
