best thing to do is find a forum member on another gun forum and have that person be a middleman for your purchases, this way you avoid having to pay taxes, avoid any possible delays and avoid any possible issues with DOJ.

Double check and try again to order on PC and use a credit card and not Paypal. They are restricted and can't use Paypal checkout for mags! That might be the issue for your purchase decline!

Yes error payment is most likely due because Paypal is automatically being selected as Payment method!
