I hate to say it but retailers confirming that they will ship means next to nothing unless they can validate when they will ship. If they can't do it in a few days I see it being a wash when DOJ starts throwing it's crap around.

I guarantee the DoJ will issue a release saying nothing has changed, that they will prosecute if and when they damn well feel like it, and no court is going to change anything.

The DoJ does not like it when other government branches aren't in lockstep.

When they start making a stink and start making threats, we'll see who is still standing.

So I had a order with Reeds Outdoor Outfitters, showed on my cc account as a $1.00 "pending" charge, now it is gone. My cc account still shows my Buds Gun Shop order as "pending" but that will go away...
