Yeah, I tried to order a few but the discount is not calculating correctly. And there's supposed to be free shipping on orders over $75, but that wasn't working either. I tried to call, but of course they are closed (customer service only open until 6 pm Eastern Time). Guess I'll try in the morning.

In short, this stay pending appeal is before Benitez. I doubt he would stay given the way he worded his MSJ, but you never know. The PDF filing Disco referenced is pretty weak and draws no real substance other than "we want our way, because..."

He could deny the stay almost immediately, then the AG files for an appeal and asks the CA9 (which may or may not grant the stay prior to hearing the appeal).

I think the longer we go without a stay, the more in our favor it is for 2A supporters in CA (and the retailers outside CA).

IF/When it goes en banc is where I think the stay will happen, but statists gunna' statist, so

If you're in the mood, buy what you can when you can.

What happens if Benitez doesn't even respond past Becerra's arbitrary April 5th "deadline"? That's just a courtesy to abide by Becerra's dates at all. Benitez should do everything he can to delay at this point.

Just got a email form Apex Gun Parts they said that there legal them is looking into it and will update me if they can or can't send mags to us here in CA.

I also emailed several of the base pad sellers asking if they are now selling extended base pads in CA. No answer yet from either Springer or Taran.

An update to my original post. Just got this from Springer. Time to take those standard mags and extend them....
