well I could simply point out a few obvious points of why, so all could read or you could watch it again maybe in slow mo if you need. Where is this going to end? I wasnt standing up for gays, nor will I ever will. I however, am not big enough to make legislation for them. That's what we have Yee for.

I understand your position and respect it however this isn't the time, place, or manner to express your views on that subject and our fight in this, is together with gays whether those who oppose gays or not like it. I just don't want to alienate any other gun owners regardless of other topics that don't need to be brought up especially when they can be very devisive. Nothing more, I am not here to pick a fight with you or anyone and want all of us gun owners to stick together and leave the other topics out of it because it will only do one thing, divide us when we need to stick together.

I am a deserter. I'm self employed and have already purchased land outside of Ca to which I will construct a new facility. Only two simple years left before my eldest child completes their high school education. We are encouraging an out of CA education.

Yes, please. Because that sort of ban is exactly what Heller (and then McDonald) said was not Constitutionally-permissible.

They are not going to succeed in banning featureless semi autos. There is no rational basis for it. Do you really think they will confiscate 40 and 50 year old semi auto hunting rifles? That's what a featureless semi auto is. They defined AW's as having evil features. How do expand on that legally? You can't.

If they could have got rid of every semi-auto Rifle then they would have done it. They don't have the votes to do that. Just like DiFi said during the run up to the '94 Fed AWB. The Mini-14, M1 Carbine, M1A/M14, Kel-Tec, and every semi-auto hunting Rifle. Go ahead and try and ban them too. Then you go that much further into common use ground. But Yee likes to get slapped around by SCOTUS.

If they open the registry, this could open the state up to many different legal challenges from registration of long arms to arms in common use to place and manner of carry.. Probably more...
