Most people with any common sense knows that a suicidal person will eventually follow through whether they own a gun or not. Those same people also know that gang bangers do not use legally owned guns. When you eliminate those two large groups the annual gun related death toll does not serve the purpose of the gun control crowd.

My local liquor store and several others in my area don't carry newspapers anymore, online you have to pay to read one article so yeah, story in unimportant to me,not worth my time to get angry about and raise my blood pressure, it's a opinion piece, writer has nothing else to write about, probably a noob or someone about to lose their job anyways, a dying paper anyways.

One tactic the dishonest democrat media uses to mislead its gullible readers is to use words incorrectly.
The word homicide is a perfect example of how democrat media misleads its trusting, gullible and maybe even stupid readers .

Homicide's are deaths caused by one person to another.
So the 3am rapist who gets drilled and dies while crawling through a bedroom window with a blade secured in his teeth is a gun homicide !

The word to look for and use is of course murder.
