Time to ban all types of rope, zip ties, chains and wire, etc., to include shoe strings. Purchase will require a 30 day waiting period and a psych eval. All ropes/wires will be registered with the AG's office. Purchases must be from the AGs approved list. "Ropes" cannot be imported from other US states and brought into the state by any means.

These are the same old correlational garbage studies, what we graciously call "soft science" even when it's done properly...

Example: "Statistics show that people who speak Swedish at school are 127x less likely to die in gang-violence, therefore we should make sure that all schools in Chicago hold classes only in Swedish."
