Yes, we all hedged our bets and made purchases and plans in lieu of them.

At worst, I'll have a bullpup to sell to America.

    So now I wait.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

They also specifically stated "First and Last Name"
Nickname, forum name, personal business name is not acceptable.

I think 80% build compliance just dropped to 0%

Sounds like they allow joint registrations too.

" Registration of Assault Weapons Pursuant to Penal Code Section 30900(b)(1); Joint Registration of Assault Weapons

          (a) If a firearm will be jointly registered one family member must be identified as the primary registrant and the name and relationship of each joint registrant must be provided.
          (b) All joint registrants must be 18 years of age by December 31, 2017. Joint registrations are only authorized for the following family relationships:

          (1) Spouse
          (2) Parent to Child
          (3) Child to Parent
          (4) Grandparent to Grandchild

One angle will be that they refuse to delist a RAW firearm.

How do they get away with that? Even the magazine regulations had a comment period and those were EMERGENCY REGULATIONS.

I think even they will come to realize they needed public comments on this mess.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

Sounds like a lot of people that have home builds will probably choose featureless since DOJ is forcing them to pay for or take time to submit paperwork to obtain a number from them to re-engrave.

THIS is how they dragged mine out for two years so it couldn't be done. Each time it sat on someone's desk for half a year before a half *** reply. Last reply was it won't get done before years end. SHOCKING.

"SS 5477. Registration of Assault Weapons Pursuant to Penal Code Section 30900 (b)(1); Post-Registration Modification of Registered Assault Weapons, Prohibition.
                        (a) The release mechanism for an ammunition feeding device on an assault weapon registered pursuant to Penal Code section 30900, subdivision (b)(1) shall not be changed after the assault weapon is registered."

Guess I need to eat a bowl full of crow right now...

Hopefully the first question our lawyers ask is, "under penalty of what?"

What would they conecivably charge someone with who changed out the bullet button on a rely registered RAW?

                          So basically,

                          1. If you're using a BB, you're shiz out of luck as you can't swap it for a regular release.

                          2. Yeahh

                          3. Or go featureless and avoid it all.

                          4. Or Getting a patriot lock or the fixed 10 round mag solution.

Then there is the OAL rule getting changed. This is really getting out of hand. The crap they require to register is ridiculous. The DOJ number for home builds is ridiculous. I guess ATF spec isn't good enough for CA.

Why are any of you surprised as to any of this? Some of us saw this endgame from the beginning, that's why we've been pushing featureless so hard.
