ESEE 5 is way too thick to be a bushcraft knife. Mine is in the back of the suv as an emergency knife/pry bar.

I am very pleased with the MoraKniv. If you want a thicker blade, get the heavy duty carbon steel blade.

Honestly it is ok, but it is going in my kitchen drawer with other interesting kitchen knives like this "Tanto Bowie"

Blade is well polished but thin and top edge is kind of unfinished but I bet it cuts salami.

I will actually use it in the kitchen. I will also take it fishing, since the rubber grip is so fat. I took a Tenacious fishing last time and the Mora would definitely be less slippery. Worth the money, I was just underwhelmed.

4" Talwar came in. This is a great knife. Tri-Ad Lock, beautiful shape, great G10 on both sides, thumb opening and "wave-like" feature that both work perfectly.

I finally decided to pick up a knife thats a little nicer than my standard Kershaws and Cold Steels, then figured what the heck and ordered two knifes.

The first one is shipped and should show up this weekend, a Quartermaster/ Austin Weiss QSE 8TT, texas tea finish like the top one

the second is a pre order that should be delivered sometime this fall, another Quartermaster also designed by Austin Weiss

Both of these knives are individually numbered, 1 of 300 made.

That QSE 8 in that finish is pretty amazing looking. Congrats.
