    Very nice either way.

    I suspect you might narrow down the time frame by comparing the booklets with the knives to Western Catalogs. If there is no Coleman marks on the paperwork then they are probably pre 84’. Also Coleman-Western knives usually have that name stamped on the snaps on sheaths.

    This knife was given to me by my cousin. He's really more like an older brother, he came to live with us when he was 12.
    He used to be a hunting guide and I know he's chopped apart quite a few elk with it.
    He's a knife enthusiast. You can literally shave with this knife. Every time he comes over he sharpens all of my knives. I wish I could sharpen like he does.
